Winter Salad Dressing

This tangy vinaigrette combines Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar with a touch of honey for balance. Whisked together with extra-virgin olive oil, it creates a versatile, well-balanced dressing with bright acidity and umami depth, perfect for salads and vegetables.

Winter Salad Dressing

3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3/4 teaspoon soy sauce
juice from 1 lemon
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon honey
generous pinches of salt and pepper
3/4 cup good quality extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Make your dressing by placing all ingredients in a glass jar. Close the lid and shake well. Dressing can be refrigerated for up to a week.
